About Us

Tricia and Richard visited the Osa Peninsula and fell in love with the unspoiled beauty, the wildness of the jungle, and the abundance of wildlife. Knowing the importance of rainforests to our planet, we purchased this property to help do our small part in protecting the biodiversity of the Osa and share with others the uniqueness of it.
Tricia loves gardening and focuses her time planting native species in order to promote harmony for the land and food for the animals. This allows the ecosystem to continue to thrive in the best way it can.

Richard has worked with nonprofits his entire life and is committed to helping those on the peninsula ensure success in their efforts to sustain this remarkable place.

Our Philosophy
​
We believe there is something spiritual about being in nature. We believe nature can help us heal, get back to who we are and who we want to be. We believe existing with the monkeys, the birds, the reptiles, and all the creatures can help to achieve this. We believe watching the hummingbirds drink their nectar and then picking some fruit to enjoy during rest can help us see the truths of our place on this planet.
That is why we have created this space and named it Naturaleza Y Gracia or Nature and Grace. We wanted a place where you can get away from distractions, stress, and the struggles of every-day life and take a deep breath, find peace, redemption, forgiveness, and a new perspective.
There is no doubt that in today’s culture, no matter where you are from, the acquisition of power, money, security and standing press against you. These lead you to wander from the things you value and the people you love.

That’s why here, on this property, you can stop all the noise and get back to yourself– and we invite you to do just that.

Our Staff
Here to help you are some good people who we have chosen to be part of providing this sacred space for you.
There’s Shiloh, our property manager, who is a grounded, aware, caring, and sensitive woman. She loves nature and people and is a person who values others, treats them with respect and kindness, and is authentic in everything she does.
Her partner, Anthony, is a loving, caring, and expressive man who finds delight in every plant and animal, in every relationship, and is always willing to help and serve. Anthony is a professional surf instructor and loves to help others learn or improve.
Victor not only is an expert in plants, trees, and all types of vegetation, but truly loves them. Watch him tenderly care for a plant and urge the soil and the sun to care for them as well. Victor is helping us create a place where we can live in harmony with the plants, trees, and animals who call the Osa Peninsula home.
Edelma is a giving, caring soul dedicated to keeping our houses fresh and clean and our guests comfortable. In the rainforest, this is a big challenge, and we so appreciate her attentiveness.
All these people share a deep respect for others and this place. We offer it to you so you can find peace, comfort, a chance to learn, to play, refresh and rest, whatever it is you need. Welcome.
Exceptional Service
Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring that your stay with us is unforgettable. We offer a range of services and amenities to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Whether you want to explore the surrounding area, surf, fish, or simply relax on the beach, we have something for everyone.

Housekeeping is provided every 3 days. Laundry services, a private chef, and transportation can be arranged if desired.
