The Golfo Dulce, or Sweet Gulf, is one of the most bio diverse areas of our ocean, and it holds one of the deepest tropical fjords in all of the Pacific. Whether it's fishing, kayaking, whale-watching, or dolphin spotting, you should not miss out on the opportunity to experience all of the wonder that the sea has to offer.




Golfo Dulce Boat Tour with Paradise Rocks
See all kinds of marine life up close near the boat– including bottlenose dolphins and even whales when in season. Learn all about life in the gulf, jump in the water for a mid-gulf swim, visit Piedras Blancas National Park and take their underwater snorkel tour, visit mangroves, and more!
This tour runs 4 hours and includes water, juice, and snacks. The cost of this tour is $400 for up to 5 people, for each additional person it is $75 each. You will meet up with your tour guide at the Puerto Jimenez Muelle (Dock) which is located in town across from Agua Luna Bar.
Fishing Tour with Carlos Segura

Get out into the sea right in front of the property with local guide Carlos Segura. Here you will have the chance to fish from a small boat or pedal kayak out in the pristine waters of the Golfo Dulce. Catch-and-release beautiful rooster fish, barracuda, yellow jack and more! You may have the chance to take home some delicious snapper or mackerel to cook up a nice meal for you and your group.
Carlos will provide life jackets, fishing equipment, water, fresh fruit, and other snacks. The tour runs 5 hours from 6am-11am depending on the ocean and weather conditions. The price is $200 for one person or $350 for two people.

Bioluminescence Kayak Tour:
The Golfo Dulce is one of the few places in the world where you can see the beautiful bioluminescence phenomenon year round. The guides will take you out at sunset to kayak through cherished mangroves, and as the sun goes down you can watch the sun set over the water before getting the chance to see the beautiful glowing bioluminescence from your kayak. This is an afternoon/night tour, bioluminescence is only visible during certain days during the month depending on the moon cycle. One week before or after the New Moon is the best time to go as there is less light pollution. The cost of this tour is $50pp and runs 3-4 hours.
