Corcovado National Park
with Corcovado Explorers
Many guests want to visit Corcovado National Park while on the Osa Peninsula. We are lucky enough to be situated in fairly close proximity to the park. The park is highly regulated to help preserve the plants, animals, and overall ecosystems within. Because of this, according to Corcovado National Park’s rules you must have a guide with you and register before entering the park.
We work directly with a group of local guides known as the Corcovado Explorers. They offer two different access points for your day trip through the famous Corcovado National Park.
La Leona Station: This station is about an hour’s drive from Naturaleza y Gracia up to Carate. You will take a short hike to enter the park from La Leona station. You’d leave the property with your guide at 6:15am and come back at 3pm. Lunch is not included so you should pack something with you.
The price is $100 per person if you take your own car, or $160 pp if you want to use their car service. The Corcovado Explorers will need a photocopy of your passport to register your name in order to access the park on the day of your tour.

La Sirena Station: This station is only accessible by boat. The boat leaves from the Puerto Jimenez Muelle (Dock) at 5:15am and drops you off at the La Sirena station. Lunch is included on this tour and you would leave the park around 1:30pm to come back to Puerto Jimenez.
This trip is $175pp. The Corcovado Explorers will need a photocopy of your passport to register your name in order to access the park on the day of your tour.
